A Glance into The Vision of Pathos Collective

The Pathos Collective is an innovative and first of its kind space opening in Q1 of 2025. Pathos Collective is not just a workspace. It’s an all in one support hub for women in business and working moms. Between in-house childcare, training, resources, wellness workshops, etc, women will have everything they need to build their legacies fully and unapologetically.

Studies are showing that women are beginning to lead the charge in small business growth. When given the proper resources women have proven to be incredibly motivated, resilient, and successful. But despite increased endeavors, women still struggle to find the resources, funding, and support they need to build the legacies they’ve always dreamed of.

Pathos Collective provides that support.

A space designed for the mind of a woman. To make them feel safe, fulfilled, empowered, and capable of building their empires without having to sacrifice the pieces of themselves that are vital to their identity. Pathos Collective is burning down the societal expectation that you have to choose between a successful career and everything else. If anyone can have their cake and eat it too, it's a supported, appreciated, and empowered woman.

What we’re doing is different than anything that’s ever been done. We’re bringing strategic community building to create an infrastructure of support for women within our city. We’re not just opening the doors to a building and hope that women feel supported. Our first year is fully dedicated to building out an infrastructure that makes a woman feel supported every time without fail. It’s a science that we plan to master. Actionable training, tangible resources, curated culture, in-house access to coaching, planning, and strategy. And we understand that women need support holistically. On top of our career and business resources there will be amenities that support our feminine side. Wellness classes, hobby workshops, fitness classes, in-house chef to provide accessible healthy meals.

Why am I so confident we can pull this off?

Because I have not had a single conversation with a woman about our plans that did not end in teary eyes. Women are flocking to support, to join, and to spread our mission. Because when women feel supported, appreciated, and empowered, anything is possible.
